We are delighted to share the wonderful news: At the end of 2022, Kilmann Diagnostics (KD) officially recognized EHC as a Quantum Organization, whose mission is perfectly aligned with KD’s mission of resolving conflict throughout the world.
It is an honor to receive such an acknowledgment from Dr. Ralph Kilmann, CEO, and Senior Consultant of Kilmann Diagnostics, who provides education and training on the four timeless topics for humanity’s survival and success: (1) Conflict Management, (2) Change Management, (3) Expanding Consciousness, and (4) Quantum Transformation.
Starting in 2014, Maria Jose Anitua began making use of KD’s assessment tools when she was President of the ADCE (Collaborative Law Association of the Basque Country). Specifically, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) has been part of the Conscious Agreements processes carried out since the beginning of the EHC adventure. More recently, Maria Jose began taking KD’s online courses on Expanding Consciousness and Quantum Transformation, among others.

A quantum organization continuously encourages its members to thoroughly examine — and expand — their mind/body/spirit consciousness and then utilize that expanded consciousness to resolve their many complex problems and conflicts in the most effective, efficient, and satisfying manner possible.
